Barbara Sala is the CEO of Delcon Italy and Delcon USA, bringing a passion for innovation, technology, and entrepreneurship to the global blood industry. Since joining Delcon in 2011, she has played a pivotal role in transforming the company into a forward-thinking medtech innovator, combining design thinking, emerging technologies, and customer-driven development.

In 2018, Barbara founded Delcon USA to strengthen partnerships with blood centers and drive collaborative innovation. She holds an Executive MBA from POLIMI Graduate School of Management in Milan and has completed executive education programs at Harvard and MIT.

Under her leadership, Delcon continues to develop innovative medical devices and digital solutions that help shape the future of blood collection and processing.
